Rich Wedekind has been an Associate Broker for over 40 years serving the Metro Atlanta area. He and his family have lived in and around the East Cobb area for the last 41 years. His degree is in real estate from the University of Florida.
 
He is also a certified appraiser in the state of Georgia. His success stems from his client's referrals and his ability to constantly exceed his client's expectations, with over 55 home sales per year on average and experience was beyond the average agent!
